How do you report EA "Help" Advisers ?

Hi. Well EA's customer service is **bleep**? What a suprise. I have had premium working for almost a year after it took me a year of back and forth communication between EA and me to prove I purcashed the product. I thought to myself "YES I finally got it working and now I can enjoy what I paid €50 for!!!!!!". 

Recently I noticed my Premium service just died? I dont have access to any of the features and it says I'm not premium. I can upload pictures of Premium in my PSN Store Downloads but of course the "Help" advisers say that its not thier fault, go contact PSN!!!! PSN will send me back to EA saying it isn't their problem which is **bleep** from both companies. 

Does my problem matter? No. I seriously doubt anyone will actually help me and I will probably have to figure out everything myself like last time but I have recorded 20 conversations or so over EA help chat services and would like to report everyone who fobbed me off. "20 people fobbed you off?" Yes and this is the most disgraceful customer service ever - a chippers would be more helpful to their customers and would be better than the entire EA Chat Service Help Team. I have had 1 pleasant conversation with someone over the phone who did try his best to help me and I got premium working from there so I'm going to phone EA instead and try get the same luck.

If you read everything above hurrah! If not please tell me where I can go to complain / report EA Help advisers.

    Unfortunately we do not have access to a complaint department for the actual EA Game Advisors, however I will bring your thread to the attention of the mods and see if they have any additional information in that area.  Remember that the Game advisors have a lot of access to functions that we do not have here but there is no guarenteee that they play the game that you have a problem with  meaning that we on the Answer HQ may know Battlelfield troubleshooting tips and tricks that they may not know.

    Looking at your profile here:  http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/user/TheYeTTi03/ everything from an EA\DICE perspective is in order because you are still reflected as premium on Battlelog.  Remeber that only "TheYeTTi02" is in fact a premium memberfor BF3 - your BF4 soldier will not be premium in BF4 unless you have purchased a seperate BF4 premium membership.

    Getting back to your BF3 Premium problem I first recommend is to go into the PSN store to your purchase\download history and find your BF3 premium file and re-download it since sometimes that premium file, which must be physically present on your PS3's HDD is sometimes corrupted during game update.  You can also go directly to Battlefield 3\addons\Battlefield 3 Premium in the PSN store if you have a difficult time finding the premium file scrolling through years of PSN purchases in your download history.  After you select "purchase" or "download" (whichever it is in PS3) allow the file to downlaod to your HDD, quit out of the store and then start BF3 and see if you are again Premium.  Please try this method and tell us the results.

    Forgot to say if anyone wants to check my Battle Log out where I have every assignment completed, my KDR is different from the bottom and the top showing I have used the reset feature, I have killed people with the DLC weapons / vehicles, and I have a premium dog tag equipped.

    This link should work for you: http://help.ea.com/uk/contact-us/new/?product=battlefield-3&platform=pc It's the UK site for Battlefield 3 and PC. You just need to fill in the rest of the details and then a number should come up for calling.

    I would just like to say that here at the Answer HQ, we are all users like you who have had issues and have decided to share our experiences and knowledge with the rest of the community. I don't have a clue about anything Battlefield-related but I guess that others will.

    I will see if I can get a Community Manager (who does work for EA) to help you out.

    Hi, I do not want premium or expect it for BF4 at all, nor will I ever be buying it again. I have already tried re dowloading it, my premium won't work for "TheYeTTi02" PSN or "TheAngryYetti03" which is what I bought it for.

    HI huge thanks to both of you guys who did your best to help me, was a problem on my end not EA's. Sorry for all the inconvenience caused and thanks again! I still would take a look at how your customer service is managed although from previous communications with EA.
