- Hi @seiroes You'd need to open a case with EA Help if the key isn't appearing in Steam (noone here can access your game account). There are some links below.

Hello, as the title says, I want to get the serial code for my Bad Company 2 copy I bought on Steam so I can play online, for some reason I can only see the Vietnam and Specact codes.

I the key isn't appearing in your Steam library, you can try contacting EA Help to see if they can assist.

- @ElliotLH I already tried contacting them via Twitter but I haven't received a response, their Facebook is dead and the EA Help page has no option for live chat or email contact.
I don't know what else to do. - @VenomTheKlyntar I am having the same issue. There doesn't seem to be a way to talk to someone about this problem

@VenomTheKlyntar I was just able to email EA help but when going through selecting a topic I had to select something different.
Battlefield Bad Company 2>Steam>Missing Content>Never Received Content and then it gave me the option to actually open a case. Battlefield 2 bad company lost steam serial key
