How to change platforms on Battlelog. BF3

I need help.. I'm having a problem.. I have two platforms linked one is Xbox 360 and PC.. The problem is, is that I can't play Co-op .. It tells me that I'm on the wrong platform and I don't know how...

Hi there!
You need to link your Gamertag, PSN tag etc to Orgin. You do that it the settings at Orgin. Once you have them linked, refresh and you will be able to play again.
