I cant join any server in Battlefield 1

Every time I try to join a server this message appears, I sent a request to EA Help, but didnt respond, can someone please help me.

    If you believe the internet is not the issue, then you should try reinstalling your game.

    What are the requirements exactly??, my internet is so good its 80 MB/s, low ping, no drops.
