i dont get the unlocks from the story
I played the whole thing twice and still dont have any multiplayer weapons or points I' contacted EA Support twice but they couldnt help me. Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this?

I'm not convinced that this will work, but have you tried playing a full multiplayer match and staying on the same server until the next match begins? This should, in theory, be when the game syncs with the awards server, so it might kick-start it.
It does look like something isn't syncing, as these assignments don't show any progress on your Battlelog profile, whereas others do.
I played several rounds yesterday, tried to play BF4 story on my brother's PC but nothing helps
In that case all I can suggest, unfortunately, is either waiting to see if it naturally unlocks, or trying EA Help again. Since unlocks are account related, this is really something EA Help should be assisting with, assuming that they still have the necessary tools.
