i dont get the unlocks from the story
I played the whole thing twice and still dont have any multiplayer weapons or points I' contacted EA Support twice but they couldnt help me. Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this?

In that case all I can suggest, unfortunately, is either waiting to see if it naturally unlocks, or trying EA Help again. Since unlocks are account related, this is really something EA Help should be assisting with, assuming that they still have the necessary tools.
