i dont get the unlocks from the story
I played the whole thing twice and still dont have any multiplayer weapons or points I' contacted EA Support twice but they couldnt help me. Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this?

I've merged two threads together as they sounded like they're about the same issue.
It may be worth trying with EA Help (or trying again potentially), but I have also passed feedback about this issue along.
