i dont get the unlocks from the story

I played the whole thing twice and still dont have any multiplayer weapons or points I' contacted EA Support twice but they couldnt help me. Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this?

Hello Tariq220​,

The issue could be temporary, sometimes it can take a few hours for the guns to show up. Have you noticed any changes today?

No. The weapons are still locked.
