i dont get the unlocks from the story
I played the whole thing twice and still dont have any multiplayer weapons or points I' contacted EA Support twice but they couldnt help me. Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this?

I've finished the campaign 2 days ago and chose the recker ending. I contacted ea help twice but they told me to create a discussion in ea forum. Maybe i could get some help in here from someone with wisdom.

I'm sorry to say that missing items can't be provided here, as nobody can access game accounts for security reasons. You could try persevering with EA Help, but it is potentially something that the studio will need to fix.
I've also merged your post with the main thread about this problem. While there's no solution at the moment, this should be where updates are posted when available.
EA Help tells us to make a post on the forums. If it is something the studio needs to fix can you please specify when this issue is going to be reported to EA and/or DICE? If it has already been reported, can you please specify when that was done and when EA and/or DICE confirmed receipt of said report? Thank you!
Hello! Just reaching to follow up from the two questions I asked from about a week ago. Thank you very much for any response you can provide.
Currently awaiting one of the "Hero+"'s to clarify any confirmation that EA / DICE are aware of this issue. Hopefully a community manager will reply to this thread soon as well.
