I gonna to know why i dont have the veteran dog tag in the bf1

I have allready played bf3,4and hardline. Can someone tell me why?

Hello LeeTians,

To unlock the dog tag you need to have played the mentioned games with the same account and platform. If this is true for you, then you should talk to EA support, they might be able to assist you.
