I lost progress on a service assignment

Not more than 30 minutes ago, I played a game of conquest in Amiens. During this game, I completed the "Suffocating Pestilence" service assignment by "In a life, performing 10 kills with the Reaper affliction equipped." You get a notification on your HUD when this happens so I know it happened. This is one of the hardest things to accomplish in any service assignment so I was very happy. 

Anyway, I continued to play the game and I noticed that towards the end of the match, the server got super laggy. I have encountered this issue before, but I didn't really care, because I didn't get kicked out or anything. As soon as the game was over, I quit the server, I went to service assignment page and I noticed that the progress was lost. I thought it was a random connection issue, so I thought restarting my PS5 would help. In so doing I lost my chance to recover the footage from the game where I could prove that I accomplished this. 

I panicked and went to battlefieldtracker.com to see the details of the server and a found out, the match doesn't even appear on the "matches" page. 

If anyone can help me, I beg you. This is one of the hardest things to do in this game, and I've literally never been this crushed over lost progress before.
