I unlocked the MG14/17, used it, but it showed as locked after switching servers
In an Operations game on the map Brusilov Offensive, I shot down an enemy plane and unlocked the MG14/17 (Low Weight). I then used this weapon in the following two matches. However, after switching to a different server, I noticed that the weapon was no longer unlocked and I could no longer use it
EA Help didn’t provide any useful assistance. They just told me that my data might not have synced to the central server.
What’s ridiculous is that I already used this weapon in two matches.
But after switching servers, the weapon disappeared again.
I really hope it can be restored as soon as possible.

EA Support does not have the ability to grant the missing weapon. You'll need to attempt unlocking it again. The issue may have been caused by a server error, though the exact cause is uncertain.
