[IMPORTANT] Stats reset and other account issues

Hello everyone,

We can not discuss account-related issues here, for privacy and security reasons.

If you have an issue with your stats having been reset, or any other issue related to your account, you should contact support directly.

After selecting a game, you should select a category of issue to unlock contact options. Note also that contact option availability may vary depending on your country of residence (I suggest changing it momentarily to US in order to get the widest range of options).

normally if you dont boost and play legit nobody is going to reset any stats by reason, check this:

    Regarding stat resets -

Before creating a thread about it, inviting the flaming by others that is SURE to happen, check your email.

If you were reset for boosting, stat-padding or other game-exploits, you received an email from the anti-cheat team (which investigates thoroughly) explaining you've been reset due to being caught for these TOS violations. Further violations can cause you to be permanently banned from Battlefield 3.

Therefore, it's best not to post in this case to prevent harassment. Also, the community members can't change your stats. If you truly feel your stats are lost, NOT RESET due to cheating, Contact Us at http://help.ea.com [help.ea.com] for assistance.

(Please note: This is not an accusatory post, but rather information. For more info, check your email or Contact a Game Advisor.)

...............however you still have 'all time statistics' that reflect how well you've done in all your playtime. Only the EA customer support and the DICE anti-cheat team can reset your level.

Last time I tried that was 17 sep this year and they told me it was impossible, but now I will give it a try again - and see how it goes 🙂

I got response, lol, the run around.  I've been told that most mechanical problems in the game need to be resolved by orgin. But of course link and website not working.  EA link works but they pushin the issue off on orgin gl all.

I've had a similar prob, except my stats weren't reset totally. I was a 33 just about to make 34 & idk exactly when this happened but I was playin with a friend & we started talking about rank. & he says I could sware u were like 32 33 rank. & I said ya 33. So I look & I'm @ 16 going on 17. I flipped out. I mean it's not the end of the world or nothin but still ya know. & I can't seem to get it back so idk. I even have a pic of my in game stat showing I was a colonel service star 33. Ive had other issues as well but this is the bs here.
