Invalid license. Missing DLL 0x000000c1
I am having this error message after pressing play in origin. I recently downloaded battlefield 3 and all of the available expansions. At first I had some problems installing Direct X, but those issues seems to be fixed.
My copy of the game is electronic and I have a premium account. It worked before but I uninstalled Battlefield 3 a couple months ago.
I've found several people reporting the same problem, and I've tried everything.
This is a conversation of February 2012 between support and a player.

1.Go to C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License
2.Delete either 71067.dll or 71069.dll. (The available .dll will vary depending on whether the customer has the standard or limited edition of the game.)
3.Reboot the machine.
4.Launch Origin.
5.Attempt to launch Battlefield 3

None of these solved my problem. The only solution I've heard of for this problem is totally formatting your computer, and then reinstall windows.
I was hoping that you might have a better solution to the problem?
Hi ravndal93,
This error message indicated that a required .dll file is missing on your computer.
At first, please make sure that all available Windows Updates are installed. Then, download and install .Net Framework 4 and .Net Framework Update 4.5 and the Direct X End User Runtime (Full Installer).
This should install the missing .dll file on your computer. Please restart once everything was installed.
If it doesn't help, then maybe check this answer to a similar question in Microsoft's Community board.
Let us know how it goes 🙂
