Hello! I received an email for the labs RSVP, but it set me for PS5 for some reason. I applied for PC. I do have a PS5 but the test requires an online sub, which I'm not in a position to pay for. ...

    I'm sorry to say that from the information that is known, it's not possible to change platforms for the playtest you've been invited to.

I have the same issue, even with the correct preferences selected.
