So I'm not the only one. I was beginning to think the entire customer support website was just an illusion. It's driving me insane. I somehow created a case, but was answered by my own message as the Advisor???
The chat is obviously just an animation, and as for an email option, I've never seen one.
I've been trying to contact them for a week and I just keep going round and round in circles.
The call centre is always full to maximum call load and that guy keeps trying to get you to use the chat, which doesn't work.
The only thing I can think of, is that you have to be a member of Facebook to chat. But I've never used it and certainly aren't about to. That site has more viruses than an Indonesian sewer.
If the is indeed a real human in this company somewhere, can you please reply to my CASE #11132665. I no longer have access to my email address associated with an old account that has Burnout Paradise Ultimate Box on it. So I can't log into it or retrieve my password.
I have the CD Key, so all I need is a support rep to email me and ask for it, so I can transfer it to this account.
