I happens as soon as turn on the xbox. it seems to be happening primarily on all of the map packs after the initial released. I reinstalled the base version last night to try and see if that would work and its still giving me problems.
Are you having problems with any other games?
Just with BF4
Maybe it's a network address translation (NAT) issue with the home router.
What's the NAT type on Xbox showing?
