Lost PREMIUM content Battlefield 3
Hey, So i recently contacted an Advisor to fix an issue i had with my copy of battlefield 3 which i got free on the house
The process involved replacing the game in my account, I recently formatted my PC and reinstalled origin, Downloaded BF3 to find that i cant download my Premium pack, The DLC maps and such. I cant seem to access my premium content as i never had it,
I keep re opening cases and trying to contact the EA advisor to help with this issue but i cant seem to connect to one, I waited for over 3 hours on one session waiting to be connected while it says EST time 5m , I have been trying to contact an advisor for over 2 weeks now, Still i cant seem to reach , Never had this issue before , usually i can connect to an advisor in ease, idk what went on this time.
So any help in recovering my Premium content ( I have the Serial code and the confirmation email for it)

Hey @ananjaser1211,
I just checked your account and it seems like you're always loosing the connection before it comes to contact with an Advisor.
Also please just update the cases if definitely necessary since constant updating of the case will kick you back to the end of the ticket queue.
