Merged Xbox Battlefield with PC, LOST ALL GUNS AND PROGRESS!!!!

First off, had my xbox gamertag with an old email. called EA and did "persona transfer" onto my new/current email.

Log into battlefield on PC, nothing there. No guns or progress at all. Figured "okay, might have to check on xbox to see if I still have my things there."

log into battlefield on xbox, LOST ALL MY IN-GAME PROGRESS!

All my guns, dog tags, stats, EVERYTHING, erased and done.

So I'm back at square 1. 

Don't wanna redo everything I worked hard to get!

Can someone help with this?! This really ruined my day, even worse than it already is. Thanks EA....

    It is not possible to transfer unlocks form Xbox to PC soldiers., when you start a soldier on a different platform that soldier starts off at level 0 even if you have them under the same Origin account.  What EA did was merge your two seperate Origin accounts into one Origin account.  If you log into your Xbox account with your new merged Origin account your stats will be there as they should be and if you log into battlelog.battlefield.com with your new merged Origin account you will see that you have an Xbox soldier with all of your stats and unlocks and a PC soldier that is just starting out.

    I've tried that and still nothing. on both xbox and pc.

    I had reached level 50 (finally) on my xbox account before i had to transfer my persona from my old to my new EA account. I logged into battlelog and did all that and still nothing. it still shows that my xbox has no kills or unlocks since they tranferred from old account. basically losing everything because of that.
