Missing reward

Hello to everyone!
As usual I don't use forums or contacting support via email because of slower replies as in the chat, but for some reason I can't use it right now.

So, I started replaying singleplayer campaign in BF1, but now at 100%. First warstory completed, I have my skin reward, but after completing second one I had notification of unlocking skin, but I can't choose it, so I didn't receive it.

P.S. maybe someone had this too: BF1 is the only of my BFs where I didn't get veteran dogtag. I chated with support many times years ago, but everyone said that he can't give ingame content (but one advisor game me CTE Veteran dogtag and tried to prove me that he gave me VETERAN dogtag and case was solved, by the way I hadn't CTE). Dear technical support, if you have ability to give some dogtags, so I think you can give the others?
