@EA_Blueberry Yeah it is still happening.
In "Customize soldier" (CS) screen the all of the weapons unlocked for all of my classes that were unlocked with warbonds still show I need to unlock them again, so I cannot equip them with CS screen.
The warbonds I still had (800) are gone from the CS screen, but still show when I view the "Weapons & Gadgets" screen.
For the weapons I can still select from the CS screen, when I try to customize them (triangle on ps4), the "visuals" icon where you can change skins (modify screen) is completely gone (all weapons modify screens look like for the Burton, that doesn't have any skins released for it) and the weapons is shown as the default skin. I can change to any of the weapons I have unlocked while playing a match, but I cannot equip the weapons that are locked again on the CS screen and I have no way to change the skins of any weapons. The skins in game are shown as the skin I had equipped when I was still able to equip them.
The screenshots I attached to my original reply show the CS screen for my medic class, and the "modify" screen for the Cei-Rigotti Factory with the missing "visuals" menu.
I still haven't heard anything from the "case specialist" I was told is being assigned to my case.
Hey Wanted to post my issue here since I had no luck with Reddit. For over a year now my account on BF1 for PS4 has been completely unplayable because of some extremely wonky glitch with the user interface. I have no idea how I got this glitch but nothing that I do will fix it so I assume my actual profile with the game is glitched out and not the game itself. I have attached a link to the Reddit thread I originally created that documents the issues I have along with a video showcasing the broken profile in action. I hope you are able to get this fixed asap because its a real shame I'm still unable to play this game.

Weird UI and sound issue you're having. Have you tried a power cycle lately?

Power Cycle
- Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
- Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.
If that doesn't fix this, try restoring the license if it's a digital version.
Not sure if you've tried a reinstall of the game yet, but if you have the game installed on an external hard drive make sure there aren't files on both the internal and external drive. That can cause some weird performance issues.

So I tried all the suggestions you provided but they were all to no avail. Any other ideas? Are you able to take a look at my save file and troubleshoot it for yourself?

Can you try deleting the local and cloud save files and attempt to download the game digitally?
Your progress is saved to our servers so deleting the cloud save files won't erase your soldier's rank and progress. I already have the game downloaded digitally.
I was extremely hesitant to delete my local/cloud save files because losing all my progress on my max ranked character would be devastating.
If I do end up doing this will I retain all my unlocks/easter egg unlocks/medals puzzle pieces/scrap etc?
Also what about my 100% on the single player? will that be lost?
I will wait for your reply guaranteeing that I won't lose anything if I go down this route.

Hey @meowmixplox Local and cloud saves only save settings and the single-player campaign, everything related to the multiplayer is saved on our end.So clearing Local and cloud saves, should be fine for you if look at it from an MP standpoint but the Singel player will be reset but all rewards and everything you earned from it will still stay./Atic Hey, @EA_Atic I finally went ahead and took the plunge deleting my save file on the system/cloud and also the game and then reinstalling the game. After starting up the game again I was forced to play the opening cinematic where you die over and over in different scenarios and after I finished that I was told that the multiplayer of the game was still downloading and I was unable to connect to EA servers at the time. I decided to leave it and then later I closed the application after it was finished and my console gave me a notification. Fast forward a few days later and I finally rebooted the game, after hitting X on the title screen I was told I needed to update the game again but this time it was inside the game rather than a patch or something from Sony and once I was back in to the main game screen I still get the same glitch I showed you guys only this time all my story mode progress is gone aside from the opening cinematic that I had to replay. At this point, I'm at a complete loss on what to do if 2 community manager solutions don't work. Is there any way I can send you guys my save file or you can look it up and start to tinker with things to figure out what the hell is going on???? This is beyond frustrating. Still can't play the games multiplayer aside from joining a random * quick match which is not acceptable.
