My Battlefield 1 has been banned.

I didn’t do anything against the rules, so EA banning my BF1 account—is it because I installed some software on my computer that conflicts with BF? My BF4 account hasn’t been banned. But in the penalty history, it says 'Your account has no violations or appeals.' I reached out to EA Help, but they didn’t give me any response. I'm really going to be killed by EA，Can anyone help me out?😫

    As Steeve_BF​ has said, we can't handle bans on the forums, you should follow the posted links for more information.

    On the other hand, if you were banned from a server, then you should contact the server owner.
