Nobody can assist you on the EA forum, the bans are handled by the EA ToS team.
Let me tell you what's been happening with my case...
I opened a case on their website and submitted all the required details and documents. Later, I got an email from them asking for more information and telling me to go back to the website to continue the case and upload the requested info.
But when I try to do that, the website simply doesn’t work — there's no option to reply or upload anything. It’s clearly a technical issue on their side.
So now I’m stuck in a loop:
They tell me to go to the website, but the website won’t let me do anything.
Their support is terrible, and I keep having to explain the same thing over and over. It’s honestly so frustrating.
