Well, according to the logs you posted, the packet loss and high latency seems to start within Verizon's network, I guess that's your local ISP. I would suggest giving them a call, showing them these logs. Maybe there are some technical difficulties in your area that they are already aware of.

Well, I am honest here. I would like to help you with that, but at the moment i still have no idea what server you are tracing/pathpinging. It seems like you are using the UO Trace tool. If you are having issues with Battlefield 3 server, please use the IP address of the specific Battlefield 3 server (you can find this on the server page in Battlelog or in-game on consoles), everything else will be non-relevant.
Open a command box (Windows + R, enter cmd and press Enter) and type in: pathping -n IP (IP = server IP address from the Battlelog server page)
Wait until it's finished, this will take a few minutes. Right-click, mark and copy&paste the result into your reply. For best results, please do this right after you were disconnected from the server.
Also, can you please confirm that you are NOT kicked by Punkbuster directly after joining a server, for example because some files are not updated. You would see an error message in the lower right corner in Battlelog, indicating a Punkbuster kick. If that's the case, please copy & paste the full error message here.

countless , wasted many hrs trying to figure this out , my xbox live is up working good with a good open nat works good on all other online games but battlefield 3

Dennis this makes sense! I have Verizon Fiber Optic and I've noticed over the past couple of weeks that pings have been substantially higher so this definitely sounds like an ISP problem.
