On battlefield 4 buying a weapons pack issue
So I've been playing this game for a while and I decided to buy a weapons pack on battlefield 4. I purchased the recon shortcut installed it several times erased the game from my system reinstalled the game .I'm still unable to access the item that I purchased is anybody else having this issue. And I tried opening up a case waiting over an hour for them to tell me that they were unable to help me and for me to post my issue on the form which I find a little ridiculous.

So after buying the recon shortcut weapon kit, no progression upgrades, specializations, and weapons have been unlocked for you?
If this is the case then you should talk to EA support, they should be able to assist you with the issue of missing paid content.
