The cutscenes for operations are severely laggy. Specifically video; audio is fine. When I join a match of operations, the audio loads instantly but the video is extremely slow and has 5-10 seconds of delay. This includes subtitles. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Also, more recently I've been having an issue where the game randomly tabs out (still open, but not showing and I have to select it in the taskbar again) which is really annoying mid-match. If anyone has a fix for this it'd also be greatly appreciated.

Hey @Rattlesnake552,Can you try to repair the game through Origin?Here are the steps:Run Origin as administrator.Go to My Game Library and find the game.Right click on it and select Repair.Once the process is complete, the game should be working fine. This process may take a few minutes.If that doesn't work, try disabling DX12 and VSync from the game settings. @gksvr1 I tried repairing, all my files are fine. I tried disabling vsync and making it borderless (i alr have dx12 off) but that made everything laggy and wierd so i immediately went back.

Hey @Rattlesnake552,
Can you update/reinstall your GPU driver?
Also, If you have an SSD hard drive, move the game files to that hard drive or try reinstalling the game.

@gksvr1 I've had an issue before where I had to reinstall my gpu driver, it did nothing and I doubt it'll do anything now but i can try

@Rattlesnake552 I'm sorry that you are still facing this issue.

Hopefully reinstalling the game may fix the problem. If that doesn't work, then there is not much I could help you with apart from saying report it as a bug.
