Peacekeeper Progression Bug

Hello so I'm trying to get the Peacekeeper revolver from Battlefield 1.

I am currently stuck (softlocked?) in stage one. I started in Sinai where I managed to find a pair of headphones then went to a station to decode morse code, that code led me to Fao Fortress where I found a small symbol (the <--> one) in the bucket area, but the problem is that when I'm close to it the dramatic chime that it plays is stuck in a loop (like it plays every 10 seconds), it sorta semi-registers my progress and managed to decode another morse code that led me to Empires Edge, specifically in the place at "Castello Isle Adriatic", went around in the specific area and zero (0) symbols were found, went around in circles for hours even in the other two points on interest and still none. I went back to Fao Fortress to see if my symbol got registered but it didn't, it was still there.

So right now I'm stuck in this situation where I "completed" the first stage and I'm stuck half way in the second stage.

It's still there even after I completed the other morse code. ("EEIIEEEEESERISEORREF NAITENETTERIFOR REFREMEMBER FIRST RULE. IF COMPROMISED L PILL.")

UPDATE: All good it was just buggy EA servers lol

  • Okay that certainly is, but I have no idea why won't the symbol from fao fortress dissapear

  • I echo Danisoff's suggestion. They're a very helpful group.

However, from when I used to help with decoding, when this happened I seem to remember that it's a case of re-visiting the previous symbol, then an M-COM to re-translate the morse, then go to the location it gives you again. I might have misremembered the process, though, as it's been a few years now.

Edit: Just checked the text below your image, broke-l1ke-joc, and I think you might be going to the wrong place. The text beneath the image ("EEIIEEEEESERISEORREF NAITENETTERIFOR REFREMEMBER FIRST RULE. IF COMPROMISED L PILL."), translates to "Ferro Fire Venetian" (I've removed the unimportant bits and tidied it up as some parts weren't correct, seemingly), which is the burning tank near the fortress on Monte Grappa.

Without the original recording I can't be 100% certain, but BFEE could help with checking your decoding.

  • Hello broke-l1ke-joc,

You should join the Battlefield Easter Egg Discord server. They should be able to assist you throughout the whole process and provide you with more relevant information.
