Phantom Initiate completed, does not show assignment!

I unlocked the Phantom Initiate assinment last night. I went down the elevator, entered the code, picked up the bow, interacted with the file on top of the high cabinet. I waited for map to end. Battlelog shows that i received my orders. When i go to assignments phantom initiate assignment is not unlocked! I do not have access to bow, nor do I have the dog tag!!!!!!! How do I get this fixed!!!!! Soooo Angry!
