Hello ArmstyD,
You should check your internet connectivity and see if everything is working correctly. The mentioned issue has nothing to do with the server shutdown, they are simply in no correlation.
danisoff Hello! The servers were actually crashed that day but it’s normal now. Everything is back to its previous state, and we even had to restart our AE51 servers too. The situation is normal again. I also tested my ping and internet connection before submitting my thread here, it was alright.
