When I try to redeem my game it says that the key is already in use and I cannot install the game. I have uninstalled the beta.

Hi there.
Ive preordered BF4 Deluxe edition on PC and I began my preload on the 29th. Last night my laptop crashed and with that my 70% downloaded game vanished into thin air.
Downloading the game again is possible however it's time consuming due to the slow ADSL speed in South Africa and it means ill only be playing in about 2/3 days after the launch.
However I managed to copy the origin game files from a friend who has completed the download. (Which I have done previously with BF3, Crysis 3 ect.) Battlefield 4 installs with no issue however when I try launch the game it says "This code has already been used." And when I try change the code using my code it gives the same error.
I have spoken to support and they said I need to redownload the game myself because the download is linked to my product key. Is this true? and is there no work around for this?
Im desperate to play the game tomorrow!

As for your issue, the "code invalid/used " message means the code is already registered to an Origin account. There can be number of reasons for this. Check if you have your Cap on
Did you purchase the disc online? Used? The game code is only redeemed once. After it has been registered to an Origin account, it becomes used.
Did you enter the code and nothing happened, then reenter it? This can be common for DVD installs. If that's the case, the code has been registered and you have to wait for the game to be activated (the game entry shows up in your My Games library) before the install will continue.
1st Make sure you are logged into the account on which the game/s were registered.
If you're getting the "code already used" message, it means the game code has been registered.
Please make sure you have "Show: All Games" in MY GAMES selected. Have also a look at "Hidden Games" because manually hidden games will not appear in the "All Games" view.
If none of the above, you'll have to contact a game advisor (accounts) via live chat from your computer to check the status of your account and where the game code may be registered.

I have bought the Battlefield 4 DeLuxe edition at 30th of October and I tried to install but I cannot install the game. I ask from shop what about the problem and they said I have wait for a day till activation is poossible. So today I tried to activate or install the purchased game but I cannot install and/or activate because I have got an error message: This code has already been used.
What can I do?

You need to contact the store dude. They sold you a used key... Nothing EA or other user can do for you

Today, after a long wait and preorder, I could finally go to pick up my game in the store.
I created an Origin Account, and then at a certain moment, i entered my productcode which U found in my productbox I then got the message that there had been a mistake. Then, when I re-enter my productcode I got the message that the code is already in use. Halo? WTF? I can't download the game anywhere I can't find it back in 'my games'
Which steps can I take to play soon. The sooner, the better...Thx

Contact customer support and supply then with a picture of your cd key and your order.

I think a lot of us are in the same boat. Seems also trying to get Battlefield 3 to work with the latest Battlelog browser plug-in, doesn't register the update after install. This premium edition has been nothing but, so far.

I think the code is blocked somewhere. Does it take such a long time the checked it and activate again, or to send
me a link to download the game? And the **bleep** with origin...What happens with the old skool setup.exe :-)
