I have talked to EA Advisors 10 times regarding this and every time they close my case and say "no fix available". I unlinked and relinked my PSN account on my main EA account but it didn't fix anything. Now I'm locked out for 6 months until I can unlink and relink it again on my old EA account from 2016 that could potentially fix this issue so I can play the game I paid for before it shuts down. I wish I didn't follow the troubleshooting guide because I could've linked my PSN account to my old EA account to see if it would allow me into multiplayer.
