It's good news that EA is investigating the problem, because I received an automatically generated email.
I read on the Lenovo Legion Go portable PC subreddit that the same problem occurred with several modern AAA First Person Shooter games (Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, Counter-Strike 2).

I didn't know if a human person decides to restore the ban.
The AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition driver wrote something in the DICE's BF1 code (which the player does not even know about) and another EA's algorithm checks the difference (revision control, source control, or source code management).

If you've been banned it is not something that we can help with here directly on the forums.
You will need to contact our Terms of Service team by getting in touch with EA Help.

I'm sorry, but I don't agree with you if it's EA's official point of view.
I bought the BF1 game (Revolution Edition) a day before Black friday sale at full price.
Then i tried the game on my new Lenovo Legion Go handheld console (I only played for about 6 hours with BF1).
I did not update the driver of the Lenovo Legion Go graphics card, I used the old driver that came with it from the factory.
I tried to optimize the BF1 game and turned it on Anti-Lag/+ feature in this AMD Software Adrenalin Edition.
Within an hour after that i got an email from EA that my account was banned because i violated the Terms of Service.
After that I started searching on EA answer topics and on Lenovo Legion Go subreddit to see what could have caused the ban.
In several games (Apex Legends, CS2, COD: MW III), players have been banned for the same reason by anti-cheat systems.
Of course, I asked help.ea.com to investigate the unjustified ban on the same day.
I reported the case almost a week ago, but there is no decision in my case.

AMD was informed about the many false positive bans, because the new versions of AMD Software Adrenalin Edition no longer have the Anti-Lag+ feature.
Lenovo Legion Go's product manager (Ben Myers) also admitted that they also know about false positive bans.
EA's responsibility in my case is only the unreasonably long administration of the restoration of my banned profile (HUN_glg). - EA_Rtas2 years ago

@HUN_gattaca_lg I see that you're still waiting for a response from Support and our Terms of service team.
While I understand that this is likely frustrating I'm afraid you will have to wait for a response as we are not able to assist with banned accounts here on the forum.

I updated the graphics driver on my Lenovo Legion Go console:
AMD Radeon 780M Graphics, driver date 2023-11-28And I installed the latest AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition
current version: 23.12.1, released 2023-11-28
AMD really removed the Anti-Lag+ feature, which caused the false positive bans.
However, the basic Anti-Lag feature remained (you shouldn't turn this on either).

AMD fixed the driver bug and Lenovo subsequently warned players about it (I'm not the only one who got banned).
