@tinster9 that looks for me more like an issue with your Xbox One. Before you delete your BF4 game files for a new install of the game, try to reset your Xbox One console. To do so, keep your finger pressed on the Xbox One icon on your actual console until it shuts down. Unplug now the AC adapter from your Xbox and wait for 2 minutes. Plug it back and boot the console up. Check if the issue still persists.
