Thanks for your help but it doesn't work still, opens an error window and writes:
"The game battlefield 3 does not appear to be installed. Please install it or try to relaunching the game."

Hello gipergosha,
Run/Open the Origin client and Click the My Games tab/button.
Now right click the Battlefield 3 title and select Repair Install.
If there are no repairs required right click the Battlefield 3 title and select Check for Update.
If you've done the above and still can't access Battlefield 3 then follow these instructions below.
Locate the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 3\__Installer
Open the File labled InstallLog.txt
Select all text "Ctrl+A" and Copy "Ctrl+C"
Paste "Ctrl+V" your results in a reply post.

It seems that Setting up uninstall data .. is causing your problem.
Please follow the instructions below.
Download and install the latest Origin client using this link http://www.origin.com/download
Advised you restart your computer system after the Origin client installation is complete.
Find the Origin.exe "C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin\Origin.exe", now right click on the Origin.exe and select "Run as Administrator".
Now in the Origin client click the Origin tab/button located top/left and select Application Settings...
Locate the tickbox/checkbox labeled "Keep game installers after the game has been installed" and untick/uncheck.Find the Battlefield 3 Folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 3".
Delete the Folder labeled "__Installer".
Goto the Origin Games Folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games".
Move/Drag the Battlefield 3 Folder onto the Desktop and/or Documents.
The Origin Games Folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games" should now have no Battlefield 3 Folder inside.
Exit/Close the Origin client.
Click the Windows Start button and then Control Panel.
Click the Uninstall a Program located under the Programs section.
Find and Select Battlefield 3, click Uninstall.
Complete the Uninstallation process.
Find the Origin.exe "C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin\Origin.exe", now right click on the Origin.exe and select "Run as Administrator".
Now in the Origin client click the My Games tab/button.
Now right click Battlefield 3 and select Download.
When the Battlefield 3 download has started select Pause.
Locate the Battlefield 3 Folder which you had moved/dragged onto the Desktop and/or Documents.
Locate the folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games".
Move/Drag the Battlefield 3 Folder into the folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games".
If asked to Replace/Overwrite click Yes.
Resume the Download in the Origin client.
The Origin client will have to re-download the"__Installer" folder, everything else is already downloaded.
When the 110MB "__Installer" folder has finished downloading, Battlefield 3 will start the installation process.
Wait for the Battlefield 3 installation to complete.
Done!
You should now be able to Play Battlefield 3.

Thanks again, I did all you recommended above but after the game downloads and run installation the installation don't start and opens 2 error window one:
DirectX Setup Error: An internal error occured
( I have the latest DirectX 11)
and another window which opens in a short time after :
Faild to copy file 'C:\Progra~1\origin~1\battle~1\__inst~1\punkbuster\redist\pbs.vc.exe' to 'C:\program\pbsvc.exe error 3' (The system can not find the path specified)
My system is in Russian so I translate it to you.

Now locate the __Installer folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 3\__Installer".
Copy and Paste the contents of the __Installer folder into "C:\Program Files\Common Files\EAInstaller\Battlefield 3\".

Installation should now commence/start.

Download and Install the DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2010) from this link http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=8109
Also use Windows Update to download and install any pending updates for the Windows OS.
Restart the system when the above instructions have been completed.

Try following the below instructions.
Restart the computer system.
Do not load the Origin client on startup.
Locate the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 3\__Installer.
Delete the files named Cleanup.dat, Cleanup.exe, Touchup.dat, Touchup.exe, installerdata.xml.
Locate the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\EAInstaller\Battlefield 3.
Delete everything within the above folder.
Now Locate the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin\Origin.exe.
Right click on the Origin.exe and select "Run as Administrator".
Within the Origin client right click the Battlefield 3 title from My Games section and select Repair Install and/or Download.
This should restart the Battlefield 3 Download / Installer.
Note: Origin must be "Run as Administrator".

Sorry to bothering you again, still the game doesn't install.
My girlfriend's laptop has the same windows as me and worse qualities and I ran the game from her laptop and everything working so after we saw that the game is OK and we understood that the problem is in my computer we decided to copy her files and past it to the folder at my computer but it didn't help as either. Maybe you have some more ideas for me?
Maybe I can download from other site or in the web the installer or something, not from origin?

I think the only option from here is to re-install Windows OS.
If the option is available, install Windows 7 64BIT OS.
Also before installation of the Origin client and BF3 make sure that the re-installed Windows OS has all the updates using Windows Updates.
Note: You will also need to install the required Chipset, Audio, Lan/Ethernet and Graphics drivers after Windows OS re-installation.
