No, Warbonds stop dropping at Rank 70 you are supposed to receive enough Warbonds at Rank 70 to purchase the last purchasable weapons or vehicles variations. This appears to be a bug, and I am having the same problem. I am Rank 85 and I have 3 weapons remaining to purchase, but I only have 30 Warbonds and am not receiving more, so 570 is missing. Since 570 is the amount you get per rank up for ranks 60-69, it would seem the bug caused me not to receive one of the rank up's Warbonds. I hope we can receive assistance for this bug soon.
No it doesn't, individual classes ranks do not affect warbonds or their availability. So if you are 70 or above and don't have enough Warbonds to purchase all weapons and vehicle variations than you are experiencing the bug as well. This bug is still not resolved for me, and a EA support agent submitted my studio ticket to DICE over a week ago. I haven't received any acknowledgement of receipt of my ticket since then so I can only assume it is deep in a queue of untouched backlog. I hope that DICE is able to roll out a hotfix of sorts and provide players with Warbonds in faith at the very least, the game has been out too long for game breaking bugs like being unable to access all of the content.
Someone from corporate EA support managed to finally receive my case and provided the Ultimate Unlock Bundle to my account to counter the issue which did work to release the two guns I was unable to buy. The bug itself is likely still in the game however.
I managed to acquire a response via chat with a Game Adviser. I was basically (but politely) told to go F@%# myself. They have no timetable on when it will be resolved. They told me to come here, to the forums. Not exactly sure what they expected me to find here (other than other sorry SOBs). We paid a fair price for the product and have been cheated. We followed the rules, but are just "unlucky" enough to not reap the full benefits.
