Ok, i've tried all you links without any success.....
Contact support then, maybe they are having an issue or something. Plus I think they can reset it for you as well.

Hi eisinger,
I dont know as I dont work there, but my guess would be that it is on a server just like anything else and servers have issues. Its just the nature of the beast.
In my contacts with support, they can generally help you out with stuff such as this though.
