Return to Battlefield 5

Question

This is more of a plea to return to Battlefield 5 and give it the proper attention and love it deserves, now without all the marketing political BS out of the way.

Its a great game other that political BS they tried to pull. Its doing better than both 2042 and BF1 on Steam Charts with a daily average player peak of 27k players on steam alone. BF1 comes in 2nd at 15k players. While 2042 is at 13k players. Hell, BFV even claims the highest all time peak player count over both 2042 and BF1.

I know nothing is going to come of this post, but it makes me feel better knowing I put this out there. I really do wanna see an Eastern Front open up in BF5, new maps, new weapons, vehicles, etc. Unfortunately, BF5 has been abandoned and left to dust, losing all its glorious potential for a truly amazing game experience.

Just the fact BF5 is still hitting 25% of its peak player count which is higher than 2042's peak player count on a daily basis, and 2042 isn't even able to crack 15% of its peak as a newer game says a lot.

New maps for BFV would be so awesome. Looking at history of Battlefield, I do expect a return to a WW2 setting someday. I'm also hopeful for a return to BF1. Personally, I have enjoyed all BF games since Bad Company 2 and am currently alternating between BF1, BFV and BF2042.

@Winterwolf-134 I am veering to reward playing BF5. 2042 is good to an extent, but missing the actually class system is bad but I get it. It took away from team composition being a factor for your squad.
