Server DC (can't join), but not on all, after reinstall W10

Hello Guys,  i have a big Problem and the technical Service from EA can't help me we tried it 5 times already.  After reinstall Windows 10 i can't play on all servers (90%). If i'm lucky than ...

@IIPrest0nII thank you for your fast reply,

The game is installed from "Origin".

I get the " Error: Game disconnected: could not join server"

When I try to "friend join" or manually the Server on which he is playing (we tried 7 Server but all failed).

When I do Quick Match 1 out of 5 Server i can join to play.

The most strange thing is, that one time it worked to nesh my notebook(with ea help), I could join server the servers i wanted but after i got out from server to call friend to play, it was all on square one with the problem and nesh didn't work.
