Fix your servers! We pay for a service that is not properly returned.Everybody in lobby get high ping then lose connection.All started to happen after your last amazing update.We're sick of trying to get people back in servers every few hours cause you can't provide what you're paid for.

Personally, since my server is an official one purchased through EA, there doesn't seem to be much that can be done. After all, EA doesn't grant full control over the server.
I am experiencing the same issue. Players on my server are either leaving the game or getting disconnected involuntarily due to high ping. This needs to be fixed urgently.

Why ask such illogical questions? We pay to rent servers provided by EA, and we have no way to troubleshoot EA’s server failures. When a server malfunction occurs, every player on that server will experience skyrocketing latency followed by universal "lost connection to the session" errors. This is an issue that neither players nor server renters can resolve.
