Soldier is "Missing in Action"
EA have stopped me replying in my original thread, so I have to create a new one, they have misplaced my soldier, Support is nowhere to be seen.
I have a Soldier missing from battlelog for 4 days now, I have raised a live chat with Koonal, he said it would be escalated but have heard nothing since.

This is a very poor performance from such a big company, Koonal mentioned the soldier can be seen on another account but failed to mention how?
Has my account being hacked? Has EA being hacked?
I have tried to resume conversation but the live chat is greyed out and no longer working. This issue is stopping me from purchasing battlefield 4 premium, I would like it resolved please.
