Well @Teal_Pipo_Fredo ,
Its probably wishful thinking to think the next BF game version will make it any better.
Because the game already facilitate all needed for great teamplay and collaboration.
But still you can be jumping up and down for long asking kindly for ammo or medics from relevant friendly player just in front of you or next to you, and still, they do nothing...
So expecting more from them in terms of collaborating for rewarding squadplay together, is probably a long stretch of faith, as they obviously do not even engage in the most basics of teamplay.
By playing for longer on the same few select servers, you will typically over time start to learn of other players. Those that do play in cohesive union as a team. And the loners, that are just lost cases in the wild...
You as a player can then simply just shuffle through the different squads on your team side, to join a squad of those playing/collaborating as you like.
If none, then you are free to create your own squad, and hopefully more likeminded will join you.
Another way is of course to join a squad of unknowns, where the squad lead has actually not set any squad objective. There you can then ask for the objective, and if squad lead is not responding, then squad lead will be assigned to you going forward. At least that way you may start out with a squad with some members from the get go.
