Stuck On Home Screen

Hello everyone,I want to ask to everyone why my BF 1 is stuck on home screen at first after download it i can play it and the next day i open it again and the games stuck on home screen. It's weird cuz i can open and play BF5 even though with my potato laptop :'
Here my spec
CPU : I7 10510U
Ram : 20 GB DDR4 2600mhz
Graphic card : MX230 but it's broken so i use Intel UHD
DELL Inspiron 5490
