Hey Kravenson​,

It sounds like your Steam and EA account (at least the one you're using to reset the password) might not be linked after all. That would also explain why you're not seeing your game in your EA app library. Could you quickly try logging in here with your EA account details and let me know if you see your Steam account linked properly?

Hello QuennBee,

I have followed the link you provided and successfully logged into my EA account. My Steam account is indeed linked to my EA account.

However, I am still unable to access the game through the EA app.
Could you please assist me further in resolving this issue?
