Unable to connect to EA servers

Hello! im on the windows EA app. I just got BF1 cause its on sale but it wont open and its giving me the error message that I have attached to this post. I've tried joining servers on titanfall 2 but it wont connect there so I assume it is a problem with the EA app. because of this, I have uninstalled the EA app multiple times and once I even used Revo Uninstaller to make sure it was fully cleared from my computer before reinstalling it. How do I fix this?
