Unable to play online Battlefield 1. Ok to play campaign?

    Thanks. It'd be worthwhile double checking that you are resetting the password for the right account, just in case you have another one. If that isn't the case then you'll need to contact EA Help via help.ea.com, as nobody here on the forums can access EA account details for security reasons.

Hello Gunt__Buster​,

You should try reinstalling your game, additionally check your internet connection stability. Any issue you are experiencing should be fixed after reinstalling your game.
