I have changed my password and can get into my EA account via my mobile.

Thanks. It'd be worthwhile double checking that you are resetting the password for the right account, just in case you have another one. If that isn't the case then you'll need to contact EA Help via help.ea.com, as nobody here on the forums can access EA account details for security reasons.
