Okay I am not sure if you tried to forward your ports, please try following and keep us updated:
Please enable the following online ports on your connection:
TCP: 80, 443, 9988, 10000-10100, 17502, 42127
UDP: 3659, 14000-14016
For specific instructions on how to open your ports, please visit http://www.portforward.com/ or contact your router manufacturer. If that doesn’t work, you can try to use the Google DNS service.
Some people reported that changing their DNS to the Google DNS (Primary: 8.8.8.8, Alternative: 8.8.4.4) solved the issue. These can slower your connection as well.
