Why can't I log into the game with my newly created account?

I bought Battlefield 1 on September 27. I also purchased it last August. At that time, I requested a refund because I couldn’t access the online mode. Now I want to play Battlefield 1 with my boyfriend, but I still can’t get into online mode. I have tried numerous troubleshooting steps: clearing the EA App cache, uninstalling and reinstalling both the EA App and the game, and reinstalling the EA Help anti-cheat software. None of these solutions worked, and I am unsure what is causing the problem. My boyfriend’s account works perfectly on my computer, yet my account still cannot connect online.

kinda i have same problem last 6 months and i didnt found any solution. and dumb ea moderators not interest. not giving any responses.

did you try unconnect and reconnect steam account with EA account? https://myaccount.ea.com/am/ui/connected-accounts

Check video settings in game. if DX12 selected, select DX11 and try again.

I dont think so its work but try to change ea id / game nick.
