Only premium members have access now to China Rising if you are a premium player and you can't download it then I am afraid you will need to contact Origin/EA support again sorry

you can not do more sorry and wait till the launch time as you are not the premium member this maybe what is causing your problem

I think you're wrong because i says on the box that it includes Battlefield 4tm China Rising Expansion Pack. It also shows an "important" advice next to the code saying that the code is for Battlefield 4 and Battlefield 4 China Rising Expansion pack.

He told you that only premium members have access to china rising regardless if your box says it comes with it it was just released to premium members. ( I have preorder version for ps3 also comes with china rising) if your not a premium user you will have to wait until dec 17th to download and play china rising unless you get premium. As for your code saying its not valid mines as well says it on my ps3 but only because I activated it once already and wasn't informed that non premium members had to wait till the 17th of dec. Im Battlelog BF4 Forum konnte ich nun endlich eine Lösung finden.

Hier nochmal die Beschreibung für alle
1.   Drücke WIN+R um in den Ausführen-Dialog zu kommen.
2.   Dort gibst du "regedit" ein (ohne Anfphrugnszeichen) und bestätigst mit OK oder Enter.
3.   Du erlaubst der Benutzerkontensteuerung den Registrierungs-Editor auszuführen.
4.   Du gehst in folgenden Schlüssel:
      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\EA GAMES\Battlefield 4

      Unter diesem Schlüssel soltlest du die Schlüssel DLCs, InstallOptSelect und Xpack1 finden. Unter dem Schlüssel DLCs sollte dann noch ein Schlüssel Names Xpack1 existieren.

      In meinem Fall war nur der InstallOptSelect Schlüssel vorhanden.
      [b]Sollten diese Schlüssel nicht oder nur teilweise vorhanden sein, geht bitte foglendermaßen vor:[/b]
5.   Rechtsklick auf den "Battlefield 4" Schlüssel > Neu > Schlüssel
      Als Namen gebt ihr DLCs ein.
6.   Erneut Rechtsklick auf den Battlefield 4 Schlüssel > Neu > Schlüssel
      Als Namen gebt ihr Xpack1 ein.
7.   Rechtsklick auf den DLCs Schlüssel > Neu > Schlüssel
      Auch hier gebt ihr als Namen Xpack1 ein.
8.   Rechtsklick auf den Schlüssel Xpack1 in DLCs > Neu > Zeichenfolge
      Als Namen gebt ihr UninstallerArgs ein.
8.1 Rechtsklick auf UninstallerArgs > Ändern. Dort tragt ihr bei Wert uninstall_pdlc -autologging ein.
9.   Rechtsklick auf den Schlüssel Xpack1 in DLCs > Neu > zeichenfolge.
      Als Namen gebt ihr UninstallerPath ein.
9.1 Rechtsklick auf UninstallerPath > Ändern. Dort tragt ihr als Wert "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\EAInstaller\Battlefield 4\Xpack1\Cleanup.exe" (mit Anführungszeichen) ein.
10. Rechtsklick auf den Schlüssel Xpack1 unter Battlefield 4 > Neu > Zeichenfolge.
      Als Namen gebt ihr Installed ein.
10.1. Rechtsklick auf Installed > Ändern.
          Als Wert tragt ihr True ein.

Diese Datei ist für Windows 8.1.

Hier der Weg über die reg-File:

2. Ausführen via Doppelklick, oder Rechtsklick > Zusammenführen
3. Zugriff zulassen und Zusammenführung erlauben.

Die Datei wurde bis jetzt nur von mir getestet. Also Bitte sichert euren Battlefiedl 4 Registry Eintrag vor dem ausführen.
