Absolutely no anti cheat in BF V

I completely agree with you, right now the cheaters are free to play without any punishment and they do it without problems in front of everyone because they remain unpunished, despite the reports. I'm thinking of abandoning the game forever now it's evident that the developers don't do anything about it.

A partial/complimentary solution is Ladder/Tier play. 

Break down matchmaking to the player levels 1-100; 101-250; 251-400; 401-500
Or by their accumilated K/D Ratios into Bronze, Silver, Gold etc.

True, but when we're lookin at K/Ds similar to 60+/3 ratios, their time in the lower tiers and ratings will be short lived.  As to banning hardware, what does that look like?

It uses the hardware information of the computer that they use so that they can't just go and get multiple accounts.  If they want to continue then they would have to replace the computer entirely. 

Consoles are infested with cheaters and mods as well. Not just PC. BFV is really bad.

I think that sounds horribly intrusive. Companies like MS do this solely to discourage easy piracy and enable easy and detailed device tracking and usage statistics.  They sell this stuff as security features but windows security is horrible and detrimental.  Requiring a kernel driver, tpm and secure boot like Valorant does is more access than I will give any game company.  Even that is not successful against dedicated work but it is does absolutely add additional attack vectors into your system.

Cheating should be figured using server side AI and verified by human eyes.

It would only be intrusive to the cheaters as they would have no choice but to either buy a new system or just leave the game . It would also help if the likes of origin, steam etc were involved. Playing last night and the balance in most games was always one sided with some low lvl players at the top. Yes I understand there are factors to consider but they were low lvl and high latency. It's the ones that are using cheats, hacks or macros but not in a very obvious way that need careful scrutiny not the players that constantly abuse the system, as it is so obvious. Those type of scores should be automatically be flagged as suspicious.
